There is so much noise in the world. We need to actively strive to reduce the noise. We need to stop long enough to hear beyond the busyness. We need to really hear the messages that are desperately trying to escape.

Take some time to identify the spam in your life. What is the noise, distraction, or static that is filling up the spaces around you? What is preventing you from hearing yourself? What is cluttering up the spaciousness that you need in order to create?

If you can stop long enough to hear the message, it will be clear - a message that begs to be listened to. I hope you will hear and heed and do something about this message. It only comes along once.
